Does this service cost anything?
Our services are completely free to Job Hunters as we earn our revenues from the clients we support.

Should I meet with a PD consultant?
Head hunters are usually the first to hear about new opportunities and very often the only ones. Headhunting companies' networks are very large and an average sized recruiting company could have anywhere from 50 to 400 open positions.

What are the chances of a PD consultant finding me a Job?
As an active recruiting company we work directly for our clients. We aim to fill as many of the open positions that our clients have. If you are not suitable for any open position, we will let you know why and update you when one does come available.

Is my information kept confidential?
It is in our best interest to keep your information 100% confidential ... after all our business is based on trust. Our database is only accessible by password authentication by PD consultants.

Will my information be sent to anybody with out my approval?
No. A full client and position introduction will be given to a job hunter and a verbal Yes, I am interested in Position A in Client B is required before we will send your details to any of our clients.

How much personal information should I give to a consultant?
A consultant will usually meet with you for an hour and discuss your career in detail. This will include personal details (age, current salary, etc), skills, promotions, achievements, and employment dates. Remember this is an expensive process for the hiring company and they want to know about your experience in 'total'. Once again all information is completely confidential.

How can I tell a good headhunter from a bad one?
A good headhunter will want to know your career in detail. He should explain to you how you stand against your peers in areas like experience vs. age, salary, responsibilities, etc. and whether it's possible for him to assist you in finding your next career challenge. He should be quite knowledgeable about his client's background and strategies. Although please remember many consultants do cover a lot of different companies and it is often difficult to give exact information. But he should be willing to find out for you.
